Before coming to the UK, you can pay the full amount of the tuition fees to the agent or College authority directly. The Approved agency or the College authority will provide you a Payment Plan for the payment of your tuition fees.

The approved agency will provide you a payment plan to your tuition fees. It is suggested that you should pay the full payment to your Country College Approved Agency. If you are not in a position to pay the full amount then you can pay the minimum amount of tuition fees set by the college admission authority. The approved agent will provide you a document where you will declare that you have paid certain amount of money and the certain amount is in due. It is recommended that you should be extremely careful before paying the tuition fees. The tuition fees must be paid to a responsible and right person who is authorised by the College authority. If you could not pay the full payment then you can pay it by the instalments. For example, you tuition fee is £3600 and you have paid £2000 to the Approved Agent. Therefore, the £1600 got to be paid to the College. The College will provide you an amended version of the Payment Plan at the College Admission Office. Under the new Payment Plan you will be able to pay the tuition fees by the instruments. The full tuition fees must be paid within 6 months period or before the beginning of subsequent term, whichever comes first. Failing to pay the due and full tuition fees will result in denial of services from the college and removal from the college register.

Before you come to the UK, you would need to fill two forms. The documents are the Registration Form and the Reporting Form. In the Reporting form, you would need to provide your name, address, date of birth, passport number, passport issue date & place, visa number, visa issue date & place, name of your kin/friend, their address, you course and our reference number (is in the top of the offer letter) etc. If you find any difficulties please contact with the Approved Agent or your country’s College Authority.

You also need to make the photocopies of your all certificates, your passport and offer letter. After making the photocopies of your certificates and the passport please attach the certificates by a Notary Public or Local Authority. When come to the College you need to submit the photocopies but the College will look at the original certificates before accepting them.
