| Class Attendance |
|
|
It is recommended that the students should attend the classes. Every student should at least fulfil the 80% attendance benchmark. If it is proved that the students do not have the 80% attendance then the College will issue two warning letters to the Students. Therefore, if still the attendance is not improved then the College will terminate the student from the College and report it to the UKBA.

For accommodation to be arranged by the college, students must let the College have a completed accommodation reservation form with one month's rent deposit at least four weeks before accommodation is required:

A student may, however, decide to stay with friends or relatives or rent somewhere to live in. At present the average price of renting a room in a shared house in this area is £70 - 80 per week. The students may also have to pay something extra towards electricity, gas, phone bills etc. Most private landlords will ask for one month's rent in advance and may also ask for a month's deposit to cover any damages.

Students will need money to survive on a daily basis. They will need to have warm clothing in the winter, buy food and toiletries, pay for transport, and any extras. An average guide to living cost would be a minimum of £40 - 50 weekly.
