Pre Departure (post-Visa) Briefing and Language Training
Report to Regional Office for Pre Departure Briefing
When you are ready to go to the UK, you should report to the Regional Office (Approved Agency) for the pre departure briefing. In that briefing, the Agency will provide you a demonstration of what you should keep with you when face the immigration in London. You will also be briefed by the Agency what documents you must/should take with you when you will go to the UK.
Pre Departure (post-Visa) Briefing sessions can control agent’s mal practice and can give students a positive reinforcement about the college:
  • Finalize the Payment Schedule (Instalment Plan for due amounts)
  • Awarding Body Membership Registration Form Fill Up if possible
  • Briefing about Enrolment Process in UK
  • Online Doc Update
    • Visa Information section of Online Application
    • Upload Visa-Scan Copy
    • Next of Kin information (if available)
  • Departure Clearance Certificate from Country Office.
College Reporting Pack
The Approved Agency will provide a College Reporting Pack. In that pack, the following documents will be included with the Pack.
  1. Departure Clearance Certificate
  2. Application Form for UK (College File Copy)
  3. UK College Reporting Form Fill Up
  4. Photo Copy of Documents that to be submitted to college
  5. Original Stamped and signed Payment Schedule (Instalment Plan)
  6. Money Receipt from county office
  7. Students must produce Passport and All original Academic Documents to London Office for Check.
Language Course
It is recommended that you should join an English course before you come to the UK. The IETS is always preferable for the students whom want to come to the UK for the study. You should contact with the local British Council for the further information. Alternatively, you can attend the English for Foreign Language (EFl) or English for Spoken Language (ESL). These courses will enhance your English speaking and writing skills.
