On the 16 December 2009, the LTC organised a programme for the celebration of the 38th Victory Day of Bangladesh. In that programme, the Principal Professor Dr. Zakir Hossain was the Chief Guest. Among others Director Mr. Nasim Ahmed, the Course coordinators, the LTC staffs and students were present.
The Programme started with the National Anthem of Bangladesh. Therefore, there was a display of the war pictures of the 1971 war on the Display Screen. The Principal Dr. Hossain explained the significance and history of the war to the audience. He also told the audience especially to the students that what should be their responsibilities and obligations to their own respective countries. Mr. Nasim Ahmed, few staffs and the students also participated in the discussions. At the end of the programme, the refreshments were provided to the audience and guests.
