| When we say |

‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, we mean London Trinity College |
|
 |
‘You’ or ‘your’ we mean, our customer |
|

‘Agreement’ we mean your agreement to us for the supply of our service |
|
|
| Enrolment |
|
 |
Registration, deposit and enrolment for any of courses at London Trinity College (hereafter known as GC) constitutes binding agreement on the student to follow the program and pay the full tuition fees. |
|
 |
Your agreement starts when we start your course or from the date on your invoice, which ever is later. |
|
 |
If your invoice have registration period, you agree to remain the student of us for that period. You have limited rights to cancel your enrolment during registration period as set out in section “Enrolment Cancellations”. |
|
|
| Course Changes |
|
 |
Original start dates cannot be altered unless the college receives a written notice four weeks prior to the commencement of the course and if notice is given less than four weeks, a fee of £25 will be charged. Start dates can only be changed to a maximum of four weeks before or after the original booked start date. The college reserves the right to refuse any request to alter the course start date. |
|
 |
If students wish to change the type of course they are studying (e.g. BBA to BSc ), an administrative charge of £50 will be made and any additional course fees must be paid. |
|
 |
All requests for change of course must be made in person by completing the appropriate forms. |
|
 |
If a student fails to start a course on the commencement date or if a course is abandoned by the student before completion of the course, their name may be taken off the class register. In such cases no refunds will be made save in accordance with the terms set out below. A student shall be deemed to abandon a course, if his or her attendance fall below the required 80% attendance record. |
|
 |
Courses will not be extended due to unauthorised absence or illness. |
|
 |
GC reserves the right to introduce new courses and alter existing ones. Where there is a substantive change to the substance of the course, GC shall notify the student in writing giving the reason for such a change. |
|
|
| Classes |
|
 |
The College may change any class, class time, classroom, teacher, merge or split classes at any time deemed necessary by the College without prior notice. |
|
 |
Although the College will do everything possible to determine the time and/or location of the students' course, this cannot be guaranteed. |
|
|
| Fees Payment |
|
 |
Subject to any special terms agreed in writing between you and us, we shall be entitled to invoice and you shall pay for the invoice. |
|
 |
If you fail to make any payment on the date it is due then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have, we can:
- Cancel any agreement between you and us.
- Charge you interest (both before and after judgment) on the amount unpaid, at the rate of 10% above the base-lending rate of ‘Bank of England’. Interest is charged on a per annum basis, calculate daily.
- We may need to take legal, including but not limited to Home Office being informed, or other collection action against you for non-payment of fees. This could mean you have to pay our costs and expenses, including legal costs, with interest added daily.

Students will not be required to pay for internal examination fees. However, all course fees are excluded from external programme membership/registration/examination fees (e.g. LLB, CAT, ACCA). |
|
 |
Fees are non-transferable to any other individual. |
|
|
| Holidays |
|
 |
Holiday will not be granted during the term time unless supported by written reasonable excuses. |
|
 |
Students who want to go on holiday must notify the college at least one week in advance. |
|
 |
Students studying for less than 12 weeks are not entitled to any unauthorised holidays.Maximum authorised holidays are as follows: |

|
| Attendance |
|
 |
Students are required to have at least an 80% attendance rate in every month. A student shall be deemed to abandon a course, if his or her attendance falls below the required 80% attendance record. |
|
 |
Any student who is not seen to be attending classes for 2 months consecutively without any notification, will be terminated from the college. |
|
 |
London Trinity College reserves the right to keeps detailed records on terminated students for reporting purposes to the Home Office or any other regulatory agencies. |
|
|
| Enrolment Cancellations |
|
 |
Cancellation by the student: During the registration period: |
|
|
You can cancel your studentship during the registration period by giving written notice to us at least 3 months before the date you want to end the agreement. However, you must pay us all the charges you owe us, plus a cancellation fee of 1/3rd of remaining due fees. You must contact to us in writing to arrange this. |
|
 |
Cancellation by the College:During the registration period: In the following case we may cancel your studentship immediately and you have to pay all the charges you owe us until we discontinue you:
- We reasonably believe you have used our service for illegal or improper purpose;
- We reasonably believe you have provided us false and misleading details about yourself;
- We receive a serious complain against you which we believe to be genuine;
- We reasonably believe you have failed to follow our rules and code of conduct;

| Visa refusal refund scheme |
|
Where a student has cancelled owing to a visa being refused, London Trinity College reserves the right to exercise a lien on any fees until all original documentation supporting the student visa application, in addition to the original visa refusal letter from the British Authorities is returned/supplied. The following refund schedule will apply: |
|

If a student is refused entry into the United Kingdom or Leave to remain in the UK either due to lack of funds, working without a work permit, poor attendance, an invalid change of status, or providing the British Authorities or the College with false information; or if a student is given a different kind of visa to enter or remain in the UK; they will not qualify for a refund under our visa refusal scheme. |

Students are required to book a course well in advance so as to meet all of the British Authorities visa requirements. If a visa is refused due to failure to do so they will not qualify for a refund under our visa refusal refund scheme. It should therefore be noted that bank transfers will take up to 8 weeks and cheques will take up to 10 working days. Offer Letters from the College can only be issued after confirmation from the bank has been received. |

The original start date shall be considered as the start date for the visa refusal refund application. |
|
 |
If a student with leave to remain in the UK travels out of the country during a course and refused re-entry, then they will not qualify for a refund under our visa refusal refund scheme |
|
 |
Refunds will be made only in the name of the person who paid the fees. |
|
 |
Refunds will only be made by bank transfer or cheque and all bank charges will be forwarded to the student. |
|
 |
Refunds under our visa refusal refund scheme will take a minimum 5 weeks from the date all original documents are presented to the London Trinity College. |
|
If for any reason a course is cancelled, students will be offered an alternative course, or a refund of fees. |

London Trinity College will not under any circumstances disclose personal information to a third party other than the British Authorities, without first informing the student concerned or their representative. |

This term & condition is governed by English law. Each of us agrees to only brings legal actions about this in UK court. |
