| REFUND OF TUITION FEES-POLICIES |

LTC has a policy to refund the tuition fee in full to the students in the following circumstances.

|

If the admission is rejected by the LTC Admission office or |
|
|
If the visa application is rejected by the British High Commission |
|
|
|
(This is applicable for the overseas students).
|
|
|
Conditions for refund for the overseas students
|
|
|
Students should return all the letters issued by the college in original and |
|
|
Student should submit the visa refusal letter (original copy) which will be returned to the student along with the refund money. |
|
|
|
Note: No amount will be refunded
|
|
|
Once the student is in receipt of UK visa or an entry permit. |
|
|
Once the course has commenced. |
